Sometimes it would be good to shut out the intensity of the modern world we live in  and return for a short time to a slower, more relaxed pace time and enjoy some of the simple pleasures our forefathers enjoyed.  One sure way to do this is to take a relaxing ride in a buggy, sleigh or other horse-drawn vehicle.  Just the rhythm of the of the horses hooves and the wheels on the road, and best of all, no fuel!!

A  long -time interest in restoring machinery and equipment led me to learn the craft of the wheelwright.   This in turn, developed into the restoration of complete vehicles as well as repairs to existing ones.  I can now offer a full service from a simple repair of a wheel to the restoration of a complete vehicle.  In most cases this begins as a pile of rusty, twisted metal dragged out of the bush  where “Grampa” dumped it when he bought his new tractor in 1935.  

Using the metal parts as a starting point I can research what the origins and rebuild a replica that the whole family can enjoy for many years to come.  I have a fully equipped shop and everything is done in-house through to painting and striping.

I am always looking for vehicles to restore or any parts or literature related to this, basically, anything from a complete vehicle to a pile of rusty metal.  I would be happy to discuss any ideas with you.
