We are comfortable working in many environments and have had extensive experience in the precautions and safety required onsite at many facilities. We have successfully completed safety training at some facilities and worked to these standards conscientiously.
Here at Celtic Power we are also safety conscious in our own facility. We often consult with customers when dismantling machinery such as pumps or transfer equipment containing hazardous materials. In doing so we have accumulated a large volume of MSDS safety information and purchased various safety equipment to protect ourselves against harmful gases and toxic chemicals.

Another service we offer is the overhaul of equipment at our works. We can remove worn or damaged equipment from service, transport it to our shop and complete an “as found” report based on the dismantling of the machinery. We are then happy to consult with site engineers as to whether modification or improvement of materials is necessary. When all changes are finalized we can manufacture new components and fully overhaul the equipment to your specification. Once the overhaul is complete we can then transport it back to your site for reinstallation and commissioning.

For customers with onsite power generation we offer repair and maintenance of diesel and natural gas generators. We can perform trouble shooting for engine performance issues and when the problem is located we can complete anything from routine maintenance to major overhaul of the engine. Often badly worn engines are completely removed to our shop for complete overhauls. We have maintained generators for hospitals, production plants, prisons, mines and quarries.
